**Education**:

- Master's in business administration / Master's in computer science or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

**Experience**:

- 10 years of directly related work experience demonstrating progressively more advanced roles that include managerial/supervisory duties preferably in a unionized environment.
- Experience with enterprise middleware platforms, such as Mulesoft, Tibco Scribe, and WS02.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketo Marketing Automation would be a definite asset.
- Project Management, People Management, Business Analysis, Web technologies, cloud infrastructure, mobile technologies, and best practices, Social Collaboration Platforms, Business Intelligence and Visual Analytics (PowerBI, Tableau), Microsoft.NET, Project management tools and techniques, social collaborative platforms, emerging technologies gleaned through activity on social media, i.e., Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., and reading of technology journals and/or digital articles (blogs, posts, etc).
- Experience working in a unionized environment and/or with collective agreementsProject Management training/experience is required.

**Skills**:

- Effective written, and verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret other people's ideas.
- Able to effectively communicate/instruct his/her ideas to others.
- Ability to clearly and concisely create technical and non-technical written materials.
- A strong team player.
- Friendly and easily approachable to help solve problems.
- Good team leadership skills are fundamental for coordinating and motivating all the members of the team for longer projects.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and budget for complex projects.
- Skills in measuring IT performance, satisfaction, and costs by establishing appropriate 'metrics' and corresponding measurement tools.
- High level of analytical skills and excellent ability to work with computer systems and other complex technologies.

**Additional Notes**:

- The majority of the responsibilities will be conducted in a normal office environment.
