**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Maintain the company's career page and social media recruitment channels.
- Oversee new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support.
- Manage foreign worker programs and provide guidance on relevant policies and regulations.

**HR Branding & Engagement**:

- Develop and promote the LUDA Employer Brand through job fairs, networking events, and creative campaigns.
- Maintain the social media calendar and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

**HR Administration**:

- Lead the Social Committee and plan corporate events, including service anniversaries and special meetings.
- Support HR manager with program implementation, research, and reporting.
- Handle general HR queries, offering advice and assistance to employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights on employee retention.

**Health & Safety**:

- Lead Health and Safety Week and act as the HR representative on the Health and Safety Committee.
- Support health and safety initiatives and ensure follow-through on projects.

**Training & Development**:

- Maintain training registers and ensure skill-based training is logged in talent profiles.
- Organize and coordinate external training opportunities for employees.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
