**Responsibilities**:
- Repair and service a variety of heavy equipment underground.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot break downs, source parts required, process orders.
- Prepare daily service reports.
- Maintain safe, clean, respectful working environment.
- Possess knowledge + skills to conduct both minor and major repairs.
- Be committed to taking pride in your workmanship.
- Self-motivated & proactive work ethic.
- Ability to interact in a positive and welcoming way with external and internal customers.
- Ability to coach and mentor apprentices.
- Possess experience/history working in underground setting.
- Have exceptional diagnostics skills.
- Interested in being up to date on latest technology.
- Possess a valid G driver’s license with a **clean driving record**.
- Possess a Heavy Equipment Technician Red Seal Certificate(421A).
- Possess a valid Underground Common Core and be willing to work underground
- Possess own tools.
Pay: $48.00-$55.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- mechanical: 5 years (required)

- Trade Certificate (preferred)
- 421A License (required)
- Underground Common Core (preferred)
