Veterinary Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client information, medical history, and billing
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment is a plus
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
In this role, you will greet clients, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and assist with client inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client information, medical history, and billing. Additionally, you may be asked to assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks such as preparing examination rooms and handling financial transactions.
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
