**Summary**

As an Automotive Service Manager at Goodyear, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of automotive repairs. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability while driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the service department's daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide leadership and training to service staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Sales experience is essential, with a focus on upselling services.
- Ability to manage cash handling processes accurately.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cobourg, ON K9A 5G7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
