**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and facilitate the smooth transition from sales to finance- Determine customer financing needs through comprehensive consultations- Present financing options and product menus to enhance the vehicle ownership experience- Stay up-to-date on products and continually expand product knowledge- Process finance transactions in compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and federal regulations- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty- Set and achieve sales goals and performance targets- Handle all administrative tasks timely and in accordance with company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional business/finance education is an asset- OMVIC license required- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills- Detail-oriented and highly organized- Experience in automotive sales or finance preferred- Comfortable working with technology
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
**Experience Required**:
- Minimum 1 year in an automotive business office or finance role
