Job description

Accuenergy is a Toronto-based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Workflow and Project Management Development: Design and implement robust research project management workflows and instructions that are specifically tailored to the intricacies of product development.
- Team Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for R&D team members to ensure a deep understanding and effective adoption of project management processes.
- Project Management: Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with strategic objectives while adhering to time and budget constraints.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve our project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to refine processes and outcomes.

Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, specifically within an R&D context in the tech or engineering sector. PMP certification is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of IPD and experienced in matrix management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project portfolios.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and analytical abilities
