**Sales Coordinator**

Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group is BC’s established Volvo / Mack Truck dealer with 9 locations in British Columbia.

We are hiring for a **Sales Coordinator **to be based out of our Langley Branch. We are selectively looking for the right person to bring their expertise, knowledge and keen attention to detail to support the sales team with administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service to all internal and external customers
- Work with sales reps to spec. out for stock and factory orders.
- Input electronic & manual change orders.
- Facilitate the check-in, PDI, safety and cleaning of all new units.
- Schedule & plan delivery schedule of all units with sales reps & customer.
- Create, maintain, and organize and track all customer files from creation to close
- Monitor all customer information coming inbound to ensure proper delivery time; information sheet, driver’s license, insurance, etc.
- Work with the finance department to ensure paperwork is distributed and accurate prior to delivery.
- Manage and oversee social media content for the company
- Manage and oversee content for the corporate website
- Seek to improve existing or create new processes and best practices
- Other administrative projects as needed

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative position
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience managing and overseeing corporate social media accounts
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and time-manage
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion and to be entrusted with confidential information
- Positive and proactive attitude, strong service orientation, and sense of urgency
- Proven ability to exercise good judgment in anticipating situations and taking appropriate action to resolve issues

Pay: From $54,500.00 per year
