**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a highly organized **Sales Coordinator** to join our team in **Langley, BC**. As the Sales Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate purchase orders and invoicing and ensure continual management of processes and documentation.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Sales Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing coordination and administrative support for the Sales department
- Processing new orders and updating pertinent information in the CRM system
- Monitoring shop progress across multiple locations, and providing production updates
- Communicating updates to Sales Representatives on a weekly basis
- Issuing purchase orders, receiving vendor invoices, and invoicing customers
- Coordinating freight and managing freight costs, vendor costs, and prep costs to ensure profit targets are met
- Complete Profit Sheets as required to ensure budgets and gross margin targets can be achieved
- Reserving equipment for Sales as approved by the Sales Manager

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role
- High school diploma required
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry, or comparable, would be a strong asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience using a CRM system preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Proven ability to work independently, and effectively manage time and competing tasks
- Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
