Remote, Canada Ada Support Full time

At Ada our mission is to make customer service **extraordinary** for everyone and our vision is a world where every customer interaction is resolved by AI. Ada is an AI-powered **customer service automation** platform that makes it easy for businesses to automatically resolve the greatest number of customer service conversations — across channels and languages - with the least amount of effort.

We’re looking for a Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will be the quarterback on each implementation, responsible for the successful delivery of your accounts, as well as the expansions of existing accounts.

You will partner with Account Executives and Solutions Consultants to support services activities with technical and consultative expertise during the final stages of the sales cycles. After a seamless handoff, you will support the account team by leading the implementation - executing on the agreed upon deliverables, in the agreed upon timeframe. Additionally, you have a mindset of ongoing process improvement. You constantly ask, _“How could we do this better?” _in order to develop new solutions for individual client challenges.

You describe yourself as a deep thinker with a knack for problem solving. What motivates you is an opportunity to play an integral role in shaping the future of customer experience through automation. As an innovator and trailblazer in the space, you will not just be implementing a conversational AI solution - you will be changing the way businesses communicate.

**About You**:

- 3 years of professional services or technology consulting experience, with a passion for implementing technology.
- Working knowledge of APIs and a fundamental understanding of SaaS platforms represented in Ada’s partner ecosystem (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), is an asset.
- Experience working and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams, to provide ongoing feedback on how a product is being used and how it can be improved.
- Reliable and resilient team player who can adjust to new challenges to deliver on your commitments in a fast-paced environment.

**Outcomes**:

- Own the successful training and enablement of new clients, to develop strong alignment and trust, and ensure their overall success with Ada. Engage with the pre-sales team to review and confirm scope of engagements prior to the sales-to-implementation handoff process.
- Deliver on multiple complex, concurrent client engagements while ensuring that each remains in-scope and on-time.
- Provide industry and product expertise, including ability to demonstrate, configure, test, train and deploy Ada solutions.
- Collaborate with your team to formulate strategies and best practices for implementation and consultations by developing the Professional Services’ playbooks.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary and generous stock option plan
- Unlimited vacation
- Wellness account
- Extended health coverage
- Dental/optical/travel insurance
- Life insurance
- Employee and family assistance plan

**Perks**:

- Flexible work schedule
- Remote-first, In-person friendly work environment with WFH budget
- Paid parental leave for Canadian residents
- Development opportunities

The expected salary range for this position is $91,000 to $108,000 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
