As an Engagement Marketer, you'll be the face of Trifecta Group in one of our large home improvement store locations, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to connect with potential clients firsthand. Your mission? To captivate audiences with our solar solutions and ignite their curiosity about sustainable energy. You'll be at the forefront of our efforts to educate and inspire, ultimately paving the way for our inside sales team to convert leads.

**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Engaging with potential clients, discussing the benefits of Trifecta Group's solar solutions, and addressing inquiries about our products and services.
- Pre-qualifying leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline to support our Senior Sales Agents and meet sales targets.
- Delivering captivating in-store presentations utilising our cutting-edge digital displays and kiosks.
- Managing client information on our Salesforce CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Contributing to Trifecta Group's marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Excitement about sales, business development, and marketing.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, with Salesforce proficiency considered an asset.
- A degree in Business Commerce or Environmental Studies is a bonus

**Job Details**:

- Full-time position
- Base of $18.00-$30 per hour, plus commissions
- Expected hours: 40 per week.
- Education: Secondary School preferred.
- Experience: Marketing experience preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English required.
- Work Location: In person (Big Box Store)
