Marketing Executive

Analyze data and metrics: The marketing benefits plan specialist is responsible for analyzing data and metrics related to marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement. This involves using tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and engagement, as well as social media analytics to track engagement and reach.
Collaborate with other departments: The marketing benefits plan specialist is responsible for collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that the benefits plan is being marketed effectively and that customers are receiving the support they need.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends: The marketing benefits plan specialist is responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to marketing benefits plans. This involves attending conferences and networking with other marketing professionals in the industry.
Develop and maintain relationships: The marketing benefits plan specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. This involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: $28,600.00-$105,435.60 per year
