Energy Advisor

En-Pro is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work with its clients to deliver energy cost control solutions. As a member of our Energy Advisory Team, you will work closely with experienced Energy Advisors to service clients from various industry sectors with actionable energy market insight to control costs. Our clients include some of the largest national retail chains, property management organizations, seniors care homes, manufacturing facilities and educational and healthcare institutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in gaining a deep understanding of the intricacies of energy markets and energy usage data to produce actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with our analytical team to deliver energy plans and strategies that meet client needs.
- Participate in managing client relationships, including collaborating with multiple teams in a lean environment.
- Analyze complex issues, simplify and deliver them to clients and colleagues alike.
- Use spreadsheets, Business Intelligence tools, and/or databases to analyze data and provide insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to maintain knowledge of the latest energy market solutions.
**Requirements**:
- 3 plus years’ experience in a business environment with a degree from a university or college in marketing, commerce, finance or a related discipline.
- Strong technical skills with MS Excel, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and multi-task.
- Adaptability to changing environments, personalities, and client interactions
- Inquisitive nature with strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy when disseminating large amounts of information.
- A desire to learn and grow in this field.
