**Overview**

**Duties**
- **Mainly Inside sales**, order processing and co-operation assistant in plant operation as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries.
- Schedule production priorities and shipments.
- Ordering parts and supplies when required. Record Keeping.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Supervisor for plant.
- Stay updated on product knowledge.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in various environments.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a technical service role or related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies used in the installation and repair processes is a plus.
- Record Keeping.
