We are a boutique fee-for-service financial planning and wealth management firm based in Ottawa. We provide a comprehensive range of financial services to individuals and their families including financial planning, tax, estate planning and investments.

**Admin and Client Service Assistant**

Ryan Lamontagne Inc. is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated individual who will be a key member of the team by providing administrative support to Financial Advisors, and outstanding client service to our clients. This individual will possess excellent communication skills, strong client service strategies and efficient time management abilities.

You will be responsible for the following:
Client Services Duties:

- Greet clients, answer incoming calls, and respond to inquiries in a positive, professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, prepare mail and courier envelopes.
- Manage office stationery and supplies, and maintain a clean, stocked kitchen.

Assistant Duties:

- Prepare, process, and follow up on new accounts, transfers, and client requests.
- Maintain a detailed tracking system of client systematic withdrawal plans, and liaise with Financial Advisors when needed, to ensure the funds are withdrawn successfully.
- Create invoices and process payments
- Organize, prepare and follow up on client annual tax files.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to project a friendly and professional demeanor, while working in a confidential environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- The ability to work in a highly computerized environment and a strong desire to learn new skills.
- A demonstrated understanding of financial services concepts, compliance and tax issues.
- Post secondary education in the administrative or financial field.

This is a full-time position. Compensation includes salary, bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
