**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CLIENT SERVICE ASSISTANT FOR OUR OTTAWA OFFICE**

As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible to assist the Client Service Manager and the Client Executive to guarantee quality service to clients and insurers in order to meet team and company objectives.

**Your Day As a Client Service Assistant**:

- Prepare certificates of insurance and automobile liability cards (pink slips).
- Assist with preparation of renewal presentation and new business proposal.
- Prepare client manuals.
- Follow up on policies and endorsements.
- Prepare and update excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare cover notes, invoices and letters for clients.
- Request loss experience from insurers.
- Review policy wordings and other documentation for accuracy and completeness and as required, note and correct errors.
- Create abeyance and follow up for outstanding items from underwriters, markets, and clients
- Assist in general office administration such as supply orders, equipment maintenance, courier and answering incoming phone calls.
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, insurance experience is an asset.
- RIBO or OTL license, an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Resourceful, customer focused and service oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and precise.
