**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all Prime Contractor/General Contractor responsibilities for the project/worksite;
- Represent our clients at the Work Site and ensure all applicable safety requirements are being implemented and managed;
- Ensure all requirements of the Project Specific Safety Plan and Site-Specific Environmental Plan are upheld;
- Provide coaching and mentoring to all on-site personnel for continuous improvement;
- Conduct and manage site specific orientations;
- Lead incident investigations and ensure reports are completed within reporting timelines;
- Conduct worksite inspection, focus inspections and site audits;
- Participate in Work-related meetings that discuss safety performance/issues;
- Continually monitor, trend, and analyze safety performance including recommending and assisting in implementing mitigative measures for the Work;
- Review and upload all completed documentation into various web based safety platforms and document management systems;
- Develop a Corrective and Preventative Action Plan for implementation for corrective measures for any deficiencies found with assigned accountabilities and timelines for completion;
- Develop Fall protection, critical lift, confined space entry, etc. plans as required for the work scope;
- Implement and manage the on site Permitting program;
- Liaise with the corporate HSE team for new worker onboarding and subcontractor management;
- Manage subcontractors project scope, evaluate subcontractor performance and develop action plans for subcontractor improvement; and
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 5 years field safety advisory experience
- Minimum of 3 years oil & gas facilities and/or pipeline experience
- Proficient with MS Office tools -Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Familiarity with web-based safety management systems,
- Efficient under pressure and managing concurrent demands
- Comfortable communicating and working with all levels of our organization as well as external clientele
- Reliable transportation to get to/from the worksite;
- Experience with Earthworks an asset
- Experience with mechanical trades (pipefitting, welding, etc.) an asset
- Experience in the role of HSE Advisor for Prime Contractor an asset
- Ability to coordinate own lodging when required. LOA is provided on some jobs if camp is not available

**Salary**: $42.50-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
