This is a **permanent FULL-TIME** position from Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday required.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in the express lane.
- Answering phone calls.
- Navigate & troubleshoot clients concerns & complaints efficiently.
- Prepare & keep the express lube running smoothly.
- Book service appointments.
- Write & close work orders.
- Maintain rapport with customers.
- Provide updates to customers on repairs.
- Offer exemplary customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Can work independently & as a team player.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle functions and how they work.
- Experience in providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills.
