**About the opportunity**
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for a variety of tasks relating to the administration of vehicle inventory, transactions, and sales. Specifically:
- record and track vehicle transactions and deliveries utilizing the dealership management system
- register/stock new and pre-owned vehicles into the dealership inventory
- perform vehicle licensing and administration
- perform adminnistration relating to dealer trades
- prepare vehicle transaction documents
- perform outbound calls to schedule vehicle delivery with customers
**About you.**
- dealership sales administration experience, preferred
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant, or equivalent
- Post-secondary School diploma, or equivalent
- experience processing new and pre-owned vehicle licensing
- experience with ERP systems (i.e. CDK/Reynolds) is an asset
- experience with CRM/inventory systems (ie. One-Eighty), preferred
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
