**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Utilize strong customer service skills to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Ability to sell effectively while demonstrating product knowledge.
- Experience with technical sales is a plus, particularly for technology-related products.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customer bases.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.50 per hour

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)
