**Positions**
Looking for 2
1 part-time cook (approx 15-25 hours per week)
1 full-time cook (approx 30-40 hours per week)

**Pay**
Part-time starts at 16 per hour + tips
Full-time starts at 18 (negotiable if 2 years or more experience) + tips
Vacation Pay

**Benefits**
8 hour+ shift workers are entitled to 1 free meal

**Opening Hours and Shift Hours**
Restaurant/Pub Opening hours:
Mon-Thurs: Sun 12-11
Fri-Sat: 12-12

Kitchen open hours:
Mon-Thurs: Sun 12-10 (last order)
Fri-Sat: 12-11 (last order)

Shift times:
11am-9pm (10 hours)
11am-Close (11-12 hours)
3pm-Close (8-9 hours)
11am-5pm (6 hours)
5pm-Close (6-7hours)

Shift times are more or less fixed as above, to allow for flexible and easy swapping of shifts between employees.

**Restaurant Info**

Approx 100 seater restaurant/pub.
2nd location due to open on Granville Street Downtown, possibility of relocating to 2nd location in future. bb.q Chicken is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant chain that is well known in Korea and has a growing presence in Greater Vancouver.

**The Work Itself**

The menu items are easy but volume is high especially at dinner times and on weekends. Employees will need to be able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments, with ability to prioritise tasks and good communication skills. There is also a lot of heavy lifting.

OTJ training by Kitchen Manager as well as other employees in his absence.
