Regional Operations Manager

Neapolitan Pizza is excited to announce a job opening for a Regional Operations Manager for the restaurant brand: La Ruota Pizzeria.

La Ruota Pizzeria is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our La Ruota locations in BC, ensuring the highest level of service, quality, and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to multiple restaurant locations within the region, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient systems, processes, and controls to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, financial reports, and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train, coach, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to maintain high-quality service standards, promote teamwork, and enhance employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and menu development initiatives to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Operations Manager with experience managing restaurants with bars.
- Nice to have: experience managing high-end restaurants and restaurants with sports bar
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant locations, achieving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding results in terms of revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, interpret reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, labor management, and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
