**Your roles and responsibilities will include**:

- Effective communication with tenants, owners and applicable trades people regarding maintenance work [to be] performed.
- Assess repairs as needed and communicate to the management office, and property owners when needed.
- Accurately document findings from inspections and translate into work orders.
- Arrange estimates from 3rd party trades and communicate with property owners for approval, and scheduling.
- Inspect work completed by 3rd party trades, providing photo documentation to our office and property owners.
- Directly coordinate maintenance activities of maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate pre-move out walkthroughs and property turnover process each month.
- Manage company inventory of essential equipment.
- Maintain appliance information; and Furnace/Boiler, Hot water tank groups in company records.
- Maintain vacant property lists and schedule vacant checks as needed.
- Various organizational tasks related to property management such as keys, parking organization and signage.
- Participate in company on-call rotation (evenings and weekends).
- Support to office / other duties as assigned as business needs require.
- General knowledge of routine home maintenance; additional knowledge of residential construction is an added bonus.
- Fine eye for detail; demonstrated ability to identify various home maintenance areas of concern and present possible solutions.
- Self-starter with ability to follow direction and work independently.
- Critical thinking to solve problems effectively.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Advanced computer skills.

**Frontenac Property Management **offers a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits plan, Retirement Savings Plan. Laptop and phone provided.

**Job Type**: This is a full time position (42.5hrs per week) Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with on call rotation requiring various evening and weekend hours.

**Salary**: $22.00 to $24.00 /hour.
