Job Overview:
Crystal Clear Window Washing is looking to add to our team We are looking to hire responsible, motivated, and hard-working individuals to join our team.

We are a low-rise commercial window washing company that primarily uses water fed poles or squeegees to clean our client’s windows. No high-rise/rope access work and very limited ladder work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and wash windows, glass surfaces, and frames using squeegee/scrubers and/or water fed poles.
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Safely operate power tools and equipment such as squeegees, scrapers, and pressure washers
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific window cleaning needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in window cleaning or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights and comfortable with using ladders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve a streak-free finish on windows
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner

Note: This position requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Window Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving License (required)

Work Location: On the road
