**Part-Time Psychology Consultant**

Aurora Academic Charter School in Edmonton is seeking a contract based Part-Time Psychology Consultant to join our established multidisciplinary school team. The Psychology Consultant is an active member of the student services team, providing consultative and collaborative services for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The Psychology Consultant provides a range of assessment, consultative services, and counselling services to support students.

**Role**
- Consult on and provide educational recommendations to meet students' cognitive, behavioral and social-emotional needs through the authority’s referral process.
- Administer and report on student specific Psychoeducational assessment
- Provide counselling services to students and communicate with parents, with a focus on support for female and gender-minority students.
- Collaborate and communicate with the school team
- Provide guidance and professional development to school team
- Able to provide services virtually and/or in-person

**Qualifications**
- Masters degree in Psychology
- Minimum three years direct experience preferred
- Registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Able to administer and sign-off on Level B assessments and reports.
- supply three current references that have agreed to be contacted at the time of the interview.
- current( issued within 6 months) criminal record check and child intervention check prior to employment commencing.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $100.00-$130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.5 per week
