**Job Summary**

As Quality Control & Quality Assurance Technician, She/he has to check QC activities, so he/she has to verify the implementation of the GMP, standards, and policies according to SQF, Gluten-Free, Organic programs, and certifications.

**job description and responsibilities**
- Conducting inspections, verifications and quality controls tasks according to the procedures;
- Do calibration, and temperature control tasks.
- Investigating complaints and food safety problems (root cause and corrective action) & non-conform products ;
- Ensure that GMP rules are followed in production.
- Check packaging activities.
- Inspect operational and pre-operational sanitation
- Check production activities.
- Ensure that work instructions (packaging, cleaning, allergen control,) are followed.
- Ensure that reports assigned to the job (packaging, metal detector, cleaning,) are adequately filled.
- Do training as defined in the training program (if needed).
- Keep the workstation clean and in good order.
- Notify the production manager and the QA Director in case of food safety or quality problems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for product documentation including specifications.
- Assist in QA tasks as required in case of vacation, audits, etc.
- Performed pre-operational and operational inspections of equipment and premises
- Collected air, water, raw materials, finished products samples (swabs) for microbiological analysis and shelf life,
- Ensured calibration of equipment was adequate
- Managed retained/released products
- Provide training to new employees, especially on GMPs
- Prepare the work order and send it to the maintenance department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
