**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and filing of financial documents
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office to maintain financial records
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including organizing files and documents
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through effective communication
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing a multi-line phone system
- Proofread financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Uphold organizational standards for filing and document management

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer support skills

Pay: $18.20-$30.05 per hour
