- Certified applicator with major commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO and SBS, with experience as a Foreman
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry
- Minimum one year of employee supervision experience
- Red Seal Ticketed as a Roofer, Damp and Water proofer is an asset
- Driver’s license required and your own transportation is considered an asset
- Can safely operate vehicles, mechanical devices and/or equipment
- Ability to work at various heights while adhering to safety protocols
- Can perform physical activity on regular basis
- Fluent in the English language and can clearly communicate with supervisors,

clients, and co-workers
- Be able to follow and understand safe work procedures
- Complete and submit all paperwork required in the requested timeframes
