Casual position - Operating Room Attendant

London, ON

Position responsibilities: The Operating Room Attendant assists the Nursing staff with the safe set up of the operating room and maintaining a clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

The **Advanced Surgical **Operating Room provides private patient care to the following services: Plastics, ENT, Urology in 2 operating rooms. Our setting offers a collaborative environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700 (with some flexibility)

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Previous hospital/operating room experience (an asset)
- Knowledge of environmental services within a surgical environment
- Organizational abilities
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the positions (frequent walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting)
- Caring, respectful and kind manner with patients, families and staff
- Team player
- Knowledge of disinfecting and cleaning methods

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $16.55-$26.36 per hour

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
