**What will you work on?**

**How will you create impact?**

**Business Requirement Analysis**
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business objectives into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend technology-enabled process improvements.

**ERP Solution Design Delivery**
- Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of ERP models.
- Ensure ERP solutions align with business goals and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Anaplan models**.**

**ERP Reporting Tools**
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ERP with other enterprise platforms.
- Build and maintain secure data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Design and maintain models using ERP reporting tools (e.g., SAP reporting modules), ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Automate workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

**Project Management**
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, and risk/issue management.
- Work closely with Business Analyst to support SAP implementation.
- Provide regular updates to the Entertainment and Digital executive team.

**Stakeholder Engagement Training**
- Act as the liaison between business users, PMO, and ERP/reporting tool teams.
- Deliver user training, documentation, and change management support.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Stay up to date with ERP/reporting tool enhancements and IT best practices.
- Monitor KPIs and propose optimizations to improve business performance.
- Champion innovation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated IT and project management responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience with ERP reporting tools (e.g., SAP) - model-building experience in any enterprise reporting platform is acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and integration tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred
- Familiarity with Anaplan and/or Sherpa is an asset but not required.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and financial systems integration is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred
- Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred
