Overview ERP Business System Analyst role at J&M Group. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The role focuses on Finance ERP migration projects with emphasis on the GL module. The candidate should have strong finance functional experience in GL (PeopleSoft GL or Oracle ERP Cloud) and be capable of leading business process understanding, documenting and facilitating with business stakeholders during the implementation. Responsibilities BSA role on Finance ERP migration projects Finance ERP (preferably GL) PeopleSoft GL Customer is migrating from Peoplesoft GL to ERPCS GL. Need strong finance functional experience in GL module, either in Peoplesoft or Oracle ERP cloud. Having experience in both is a plus. This role is business facing and is expected to lead the business process understanding, documenting and supporting business requirements gathering process. Work closely with business SMEs and act as the voice for the business SMEs during the course of the implementation project. Guide the implementation team and articulate/clarify business requirements during the course of the implementation. Lead the testing phases and validate the testing results.
