**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in financial auditing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial management and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a must).
- Familiarity with clerical duties related to bookkeeping and recordkeeping.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in account analysis and reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Cantonese & Mandarin Speaking Preferred
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
