**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of reported balances.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring all employee hours are accurately recorded and paid.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Support budgeting processes by providing accurate financial data and forecasts.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role within an accounting department.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly or equivalent, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience with account analysis, budgeting, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and account reconciliation is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.57-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
