**Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia** - Hi there We're a Canadian-based retail chain established in 1995. We carry popular products fresh from Asia for our customers to enjoy, such as: Character Branded Items, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray Discs, Trendy Gift Items & Asian Pop Magazines. **We're also one of the few stores in the GTA that sell authentic Kpop albums delivered straight from South Korea**

Join our team as a Marketing and Sales Specialist, where you'll be a key player in elevating our brand and driving business growth. If you're a dynamic professional with a passion for marketing and a knack for operational efficiency, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Boost brand awareness and engagement through effective social media strategies.
- Execute impactful campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

**Sales and Marketing Strategy**:

- Collaborate on sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

**eCommerce and Retail Oversight**:

- Ensure seamless operations on our eCommerce platforms.
- Manage retail operations for efficiency and effectiveness.

**Business Monitoring**:

- Assess business performance regularly and provide actionable insights.
- Implement and track key performance indicators for marketing and business success.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven experience in social media, eCommerce, and retail operations.
