**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee product management processes, from concept development to launch, ensuring products meet market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials.
- Utilize Google Analytics and SEO best practices to optimize online presence and enhance e-commerce performance.
- Prepare and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, tracking expenditures to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve future marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, e-commerce, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management related to marketing activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
