**What You’ll do**:
- **Oversee** Administrative Operations**: Independently coordinate and implement administrative processes, ensuring all workflows run smoothly.
- **Facility** Management**: Oversee building maintenance, equipment management, and vendor relationships to maintain an efficient and safe workplace.
- **Task** and Workflow Management**: Ensure all tasks are accurately entered and tracked in the company workflow tool, maintaining timelines and priorities.
- **Event** and Travel Coordination**: Organize company events, arrange staff travel, and oversee logistics for tradeshows and conferences.
- **Vendor** and Supply Management**: Manage vendor contracts, monitor office inventory, and coordinate the shipment of materials across North America.
- **Records** Management**: Maintain and organize company records and administrative documentation, ensuring accessibility and data integrity.
- **Proactive** Improvements**: Identify operational inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to enhance processes.

**Must Haves**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **5+ years of experience** in a similar role managing administrative and facility operations.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, and other workflow management software.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
