IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at **Formula Ford** as a **Fleet Sales Manager**.**

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

**Job Duties**:

- Forecast goals for the fleet department
- Maintain close relationships with clients and manufacturers commercial vehicle representatives
- Interact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand all OMVIC and local regulations
- Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
- Encourage compliance with local laws and regulations
- Maintain effective employee relations
- Generate business by soliciting commercial fleet accounts over the phone, internet in person or by mail
- Demonstrated fleet management experience with a proven track record of success - size and growth of fleet portfolio and gross profit achievement are important performance criteria.
- Dealer system experience and CDK or ADP experience required.
- A proven record of Fleet Account penetration and Customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft office.
- Must have strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Must have valid OMVIC license and conduct sales in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
