**Responsibilities**
- Acting as a Business Developer, prospecting sales opportunities with a focus on IT Projects, AMS and staff augmentation;
- Focus on opening new customers and conducting sales campaigns;
- Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value;
- Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape;
- Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.
- Conduct negotiations and approach with customers, contribute to achieving the company's goals, through planning and commercial actions;
- Manage your customer portfolio;
- Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
- Develop and carry out follow-up of commercial proposals and portfolio management.

**Skills**
- Experience with selling, approaching and hunting IT opportunities - **mandatory**
- Experience selling staffing augmentation and or/ services - **strongly desirable**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration - **desirable**
- Minimum 3 years of experience of IT Sales in Canada-** mandatory**

**Live in GTA, Montreal or Chicago area - mandatory**
