**Why is this role important**:
**What you'll do**:

- Produce visual presentations that attract customers, engage buyers and drive sales.
- Review the overall store environment to ensure brand standards are followed, as it relates directly to the customer experience.
- Partner with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager & Department Supervisors to understand and customize guidelines for visual elements and appropriate strategic merchandising to enhance sales.
- Supervise the implementation of the various elements making up the promotional events to ensure that the display aligns with the directives.
- Update the style of the mannequins according to the changes of season and the products in stock.
- Mount the presentation in the window, if applicable.
- Establish partnerships to oversee in-store merchandising.
- Lead and assist in the set-up of store merchandising.
- Plan and coordinate planning, execution and recovery with the store management team.

**What you bring**:

- Visual Merchandising experience in an apparel retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
