Why is this role important?

What you’ll do:

- Execute merchandising presentations that attract customers, engage buyers and drive sales.
- Review & help to elevate the overall store environment to ensure brand standards are followed, as it relates directly to the customer experience.
- Plan and map out the monthly directive set up, for all standalone stores.
- Lead and assist in the set-up of store merchandising & monthly direction execution.
- Establish partnerships to oversee in-store merchandising & marketing.
- Partner with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager & Department Supervisors to understand and customize guidelines for visual elements and appropriate strategic merchandising to maximize sales, specific to each of the stores. Along with addressing the sell through of product.
- Supervise the implementation of the various elements making up the promotional events to ensure that the display complies with the directives.
- Update the styling of the mannequins according to the changes of season and the merchandise in stock.
- Execute window presentations, when necessary.
- Plan and coordinate planning, execution and recovery with the store management team.

What you’ll need:

- 3-5+ years working as visual merchandiser for an apparel brand.
- A passion for merchandising and a eye for color, styling & design.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
