We are currently hiring for Field Adjusters to join our Property Claims team in the Greater Toronto Area: Greater Calgary Area.

What you’ll do:
- Completes on site and/or virtual inspections of personal and commercial claims- Responsible for capturing the scope of damages and quantifying repair estimates to settle claims- Reconciles and validates vendor estimates to ensure price and scope is appropriate- Investigate by meeting with insureds, third parties, witnesses and lawyers in or order to obtain facts and information.- Review facts, policy, technical reports, fire marshall reports, case law, to make decisions on coverage, value of the claim and negotiate/settle the claim accordingly- Responsible for providing exemplary customer service and keeping related parties informed of the claims status while working to bring claims to a successful resolution as quick as possible- Responsible for data accuracy, issuance of payments to insureds, vendors and other insurance companies.- Assistance during CAT's within Canada.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years experience as an adjuster handling Personal Lines and Commercial lines claims- Strong background in Property Insurance and Customer Service-
- Good PC skills and adaptable using new technology - usage of Hover considered an Asset- Valid driver’s license
