Northbridge Insurance Senior Field Claims Adjusters are responsible for providing efficient and prompt onsite or in the field investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of substantial and complex commercial claims.

Our Senior Field Claims Adjusters are open-minded, understanding, and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering excellent customer service. They also see the importance of developing their team and providing training and mentorship opportunities for their career development.

You're great at:

  • Multi lines commercial adjusting
  • Customer service
  • Critical Thinking and Investigating

You have:

  • 5+ years of Claims Adjusting experience
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team
  • Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
  • Strong customer service background
