Northbridge Insurance Senior Field Claims Adjusters are responsible for providing efficient and prompt onsite or field investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of substantial and complex commercial claims. Our Senior Field Claims Adjusters are open‑minded, understanding, and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering excellent customer service. They also see the importance of developing their team and providing training and mentorship opportunities for their career development.
