**ONE-YEAR CONTRACT**

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll work closely with Brand Managers, innovation teams, and global colleagues to implement cutting-edge digital strategies that support both local and international marketing initiatives.

This hybrid role is based out of our **Puslinch office**.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with marketing team members to plan, design, and execute digital campaigns, website strategies, social media, and paid advertisements.
- Lead **SEO** and **SEM** strategies, managing marketing automation for optimized results.
- Work closely with global digital marketing teams to support Canadian and international strategies.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, analyzing ROI and KPIs to optimize results.
- Identify trends in digital marketing, adjusting strategies to maximize performance and spend.
- Improve the customer journey through multi-channel touchpoints, enhancing lead generation funnels.
- Maintain digital marketing assets and contribute to annual marketing plans across species and retail platforms.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience in the **North American market**.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with **CRM** and **CMS platforms** (Microsoft Dynamics and EpiServer are a plus).

**WE COUNT ON YOU TO BRING THESE SKILLS**:

- Proficiency in paid digital advertising (Google, social media) and fluency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Project management and strong analytical skills to drive performance improvements.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
- ** Agriculture, animal nutrition, or food industry experience** is a plus.
