About the Role

We are hiring a Construction Administrator to support our project teams with coordination and administrative tasks. This role helps keep projects organized, documents updated, and schedules on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project documents, schedules, work orders, and tracking sheets
  • Organize and update permits, drawings, quotes, change orders, and correspondence
  • Coordinate communication between teams, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Follow up on materials, deliveries, and required documentation
  • Handle document control, data entry, and updating logs
  • Prepare client updates, meeting notes, purchase requests, and project files
  • Assist with project closeout tasks such as manuals, warranties, and final documentation
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Estimators

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction administration, project support, or office administration (construction or electrical experience is an asset)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project or construction software experience is an asset
