Who We’re Looking For:
Reporting to the company CFO you’ll support the creation and maintenance of accounting processes and entries including all day-to-day full cycle accounting responsibilities with AR and AP reporting into the position. Provide key support in the month-end closing processes and the annual review engagement such that the company’s financial reporting, results of operations, and financial position are both accurate and timely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain various schedules on a day-to-day basis
- Provide daily cash flow updates and forecasts
- Work closely with the Finance & Insurance and Sales departments to ensure accuracy with vehicle sale transactions
- Supervise AR and AP to ensure cash collection and disbursement are efficient

Education & Experience
- 2 - 5 years of leadership experience in an accounting department
- 5 - 10 years in an accounting role
- Dealership experience is considered an asset
- Post secondary accounting education (degree or diploma)
- Detail oriented
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
- High level of empathy, service, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving
- Energetic and reliable individual who is a team player
- Able to think on their feet to interact with and solve issues for staff, clients, and vendors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
