**Job Title**: Editor-Customer Service

**Summary**:Our growing company is in need of qualified Editor-Customer Service to provide customer support and address any issues/disputes. You will also be asked to review user comments and user shared deals. You will need to know our products and communicate user feedback to operation and marketing teams.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Communicates with customers through various channels including website and social media accounts

2.Responds promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaint

3.Knows our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

4.Reviews user comments and providing feedback to operation teams and marketing teams to help improve customer experience

5.Reviews customer shared deals and recommending valuable content to post on website

6.Operates company’s WeChat accounts to assist in promoting website content

7.Manages for communication and delivery of prizes for user engaging sweepstakes

8.Reviews, and evaluates content to ensure all content is appropriate, accurate, up to date, and provides an excellent user experience.

9.Communicates and coordinates suitable content with other team members to serve and attract various audiences.

10.Recommends and modifies content in a consistent manner of styles and layouts.

11.Proofreads and corrects errors in spelling, grammar, and syntax.

12.Works with Marketing and Business Development teams to devise and publish integrated promotional campaigns for various deals.

**Required skills**:
1.Good writing skills in English and Chinese

2.Bachelor’s Degree

3.Familiar with return and exchange policies of major brands/merchants.

4.Great communications skills

5.Good knowledge of e-commerce, major brands/merchants and Chinese shoppers’ preferences.

6.Familiar with social media platforms

**Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications**:
Previous working experience in customer relations or new media

**工作描述**

1.熟悉美国主流商家的促销活动以及商家在运输、付款、售后服务等的政策。

2.清楚了解海淘购物流程，对受国人欢迎的折扣和品牌也心中有数。

3.具有较强文字和口头表达能力（中英文），有过客服相关工作经历者优先。
