Dealmoon is a global shopping advisory site with a proprietary social community designed specifically for Chinese expats. Our core demographic consists of female Chinese millennials and Gen-Zers, many of whom are moving to new countries for university or grad school.With a reach of over 18 million consumers across our website, mobile app, Weibo, and WeChat, we work alongside more than 3,000 of the world’s top brands, from Apple to Dior.

We currently operate in a hybrid work mode, with the requirement to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week.

**Job Title**: Editor-Customer Service

**Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated individual who can contribute to our growing team and help deliver excellent service to our customers while maintaining high-quality editorial content.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication**: Engage with customers through various channels, including the company website and social media accounts (e.g., WeChat).
- **Customer Support**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledge, and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
- **Content Feedback**: Review user comments and provide feedback to operations and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.
- **User-Generated Content**: Evaluate customer-submitted deals and recommend valuable content to be featured on the website.
- **WeChat Operations**: Manage the company’s WeChat accounts to promote website content and engage with the audience.
- **Sweepstakes Management**: Oversee the communication and delivery of prizes for user engagement activities such as sweepstakes.
- **Content Review**: Regularly review and evaluate website content to ensure it is accurate, up to date, and delivers an excellent user experience.
- **Content Collaboration**: Coordinate with team members to align on suitable content for various audiences, maintaining consistency in style and layout.
- **Proofreading**: Ensure content is error-free by proofreading and correcting spelling, grammar, and syntax issues.
- **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to create and publish integrated promotional campaigns for featured deals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bilingual Writing Skills**: Strong writing skills in both **English and Chinese** are a plus.
- **Education**: A **Bachelor’s Degree** is preferred.
- **Brand & Merchant Knowledge**: Familiarity with **return and exchange policies** of major brands/merchants is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills are highly valued.
- **E-commerce Knowledge**: A good understanding of **e-commerce**, major brands/merchants, and **Chinese shoppers’ preferences** is a plus.
- **Social Media Proficiency**: Experience with social media platforms is preferred.

**任职要求：**
- 熟悉美国主流商家的促销活动及其在**运输、付款、售后服务**等方面的政策。
- 了解海淘购物流程，对受国人欢迎的**折扣**和**品牌**有深入了解。
- 具备较强的**中英文文字**及**口头表达**能力，有**客服工作经历者**优先。
