**Vaughan Physiotherapy Clinic** is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a **Patient Experience Coordinator**. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in patient care in a growing multidisciplinary clinic alongside skilled physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

**Be the Face of Our Clinic**

As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients. Your responsibilities include:

- Scheduling appointments, schedule optimization, and patient relationship management
- Managing practitioners caseload and performance
- Participating in monthly front of house level 10 meetings
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
- Handling administrative tasks and assisting managers
- Maintaining the clinic facilities and inventory
- Promoting clinic services through active interaction with various referral sources

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
