Clinic Supervisor

With a team of skilled individuals working alongside over 70 family physicians, specialists, and allied health providers, our goal is to get our patients healthy, quickly and safely.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for** **a** Clinic Supervisor **who has the passion to deliver the best possible care to our patients. This is a permanent full-time position.

**Summary**: The Clinic Supervisor will assist the Clinic Manager with overseeing clinic operations.

**Location**: 7335 Yonge Street, Thornhill, Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing and monitoring of the delivery of clinic services and clinic teams virtually in Canada
- Virtually oversees and performs clinic functions and day to day operations
- Acts as the point of contact for the Clinic Coordinators regarding any operational and administrative issues
- Recommends and develops long-term planning to maximize operation efficiency
- Identifies areas for improvement on a regular basis
- Oversees the budget and ensures clinics are within the budget while developing corrective measures when necessary to cut costs
- Builds and maintains relationships with physicians, providers, vendors and patients
- Manages staff schedules to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Assists with resolving patient and client concerns/complaints
- Coordinates with the Clinic Manager to provide ongoing training for staff
- Assists with developing training materials
- Establishes, maintains, communicates and implement clinic and confidentiality policies
- Maintains supplies and establish efficient procurement process
- Identifies processes and methods to improve efficiency and service quality
- Performs administrative tasks in electronic record systems
- Assists and leads other relevant projects and duties
- Performs billing submission, reconciliation, and payment process for physicians and providers
- Maintains patient rosters for physicians and FHG
- Coordinates with bookkeeper to ensure prompt and accurate provider account receivable
- Develops management reports on a monthly basis

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service managerial/supervisor experience, including non-medical fields - required
- Previous experience supervising multiple locations - an asset
- Previous experience working at a medical office - an asset
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn - an asset
- Computer proficiency - required
- Post-secondary graduation - required
- Knowledge of EMR - an asset
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work well with a team and independently
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
